Free Tier: Basic access with limited messages and features.

Premium Subscriptions:

• Billed monthly or annually in advance
• Auto-renews unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Prices may change with 30 days notice
• No refunds for partial billing periods

In-App Purchases: Virtual coins are non-refundable and have no cash value.

You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm others through the Service
• Attempt to reverse engineer or hack the Service
• Share your account credentials with others
• Create multiple accounts to abuse free tier limits
• Use automated systems to access the Service
• Distribute content that violates third-party rights
• Engage in any activity that disrupts the Service

Important: Our AI companions are artificial intelligence programs, not real people.

• AI responses are generated and may contain errors
• Do not rely on AI for medical, legal, or financial advice
• AI companions do not replace human relationships or professional help
• Content generated by AI is for entertainment purposes only

By You: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account for:

• Violation of these Terms
• Fraudulent or illegal activity
• Extended inactivity (with notice)
• Non-payment of subscription fees

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 12 months
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service
